Lindsay Lohan Left 'Shaken Up' Following Scuffle In New York Hotel Room


Lohan has reportedly told police the 25 year-old, who is employed by a US politician, tried to choke her when she tried to take his phone to delete videos and photographs of the 'Mean Girls' star partying. He, as well as other friends had been invited to her hotel room for any private party.
 
LaBella was charged with misdemeanor assault following a scuffle at the W Hotel Union Square. Though right after law enforcement sources told the New York Daily News, the costs had been dropped.
 
Speaking Dina Lindsay Lohan, Lindsay's mother and manager, claims the actress was “very shaken up”.
 
“Thank God he didn’t possess a weapon,” she added when talking to NYDN.
 
Lindsay claimed LaBella choked her from behind, threw her towards the floor before a buddy pulled him away using the actress pulling the fireplace alarm for help based on Police.
 
Steven Honig, Lindsay Lohan's spokesperson claimed it had been “very distressing and outrageous” the costs had been dropped.
 
He explained: “Lindsay was clearly assaulted, and i believe there needs to be a consequence for your.”
