Makeup Tips for Brown Eyes

Neutral colors like taupe, peaches and even browns are all great colors that go fantastic with brown eyes, and you can just go with eyeliner in these colors too, that will really highlight your eyes. Brown eyes is one of the most common eye colors and is also one of the most versatile in terms of makeup. Many people are unaware of the different ways to use makeup in order to make your eyes stand out. While brown eyes can look good with just about any color, there are different techniques that can be used to accentuate the color in the eye.

It is also important to consider the other makeup that will be used, such as the eyeliner, the mascara, and the lips and cheeks. The first thing to think about is what colors look the best with brown eyes.

Apply a base coat of color

Here are some favorites that are amazing for brown eyes: pink, purple, deep green, light brown, deep blue, and maroon. Pick one of these colors and once you have, apply this all over the lid with a fluffy medium-sized brush. Make sure to stop at the crease line.

Add the highlight color

This is typically the most important part. A highlight color helps pull together and clean up the whole look. You might want a small pointed brush and take a light pink, shimmery white, or a color that's a little lighter than your skin. You should apply this on your brow bone and even if you want, the corner of your eye.

Metallic Shades

People with brown eyes are lucky, since almost all shades work for them─metallic shades work wonders. This particular shade helps the eye pop out better. Metallic tones, such as brown, gold, bronze and even pinks would make your brown eyes stand out. Such shades draw attention to your eyes and help them look better. Such shades are often used to create bold looks.

Use eyeliner

Eyeliner is optional, but if you really want to make the eye pop, recommended. Apply a black coal color to the top lid right above the water line. Not too much, make the line a tad thicker once towards the outside of the eye. You may also apply this black color to the bottom of the eye if you feel to. But something else to apply to the bottom of the eye is a beige-purple eyeliner color. This will really make your eyes sparkle. Start about halfway through on your water line and work onto the outside corner of your eye.

Avoid Muddy Lip Shades

People with brown eyes should skip muddy lip shades. For irresistible look, try red or coral shades with golden undertones. Bronze shade complements brown eyes to a good extent too. People with dark colored brown eyes can choose shades, such as cinnamon, hot red or terracotta.

Mascara

Make sure to look down, and put the brush at the roots of your lashes. Wiggle from left to right/vice versa and pull up. This will give you volume and length. You may choose to apply two coats. Mascara on the bottom is optional as well.

Beauty Tips for Dry Skin

Dry skin and itchy skin are most problematic skin in winter. Dry skin happens any time in the year. But mostly happen in winter. The most common problem is dry skin in winter season .if you also bother about same problem fallow these beauty tips to get recharge and fresh look. Easing your dry skin isn't just about what you put on it. It also depends on how you clean your skin, the air around you, and even your clothes.

Most skin products that are suited for dry skin are extremely expensive because they come with fortifying oils and added beauty benefits. Thus, homemade beauty tips and home remedies are the way to go. Not only are they cost effective, but they are also readily available, extremely efficient and reusable.

Following the same skin care routine year round may not work so well when the humidity drops. Without a change in your skin care, dry air can make fine lines and wrinkles more noticeable. Dry skin can itch, flake, crack, and even bleed.

Cleansing Oil

Oil has cleansing properties that are extremely beneficial to dry skin. Applying castor oil to dry skin repairs the damage caused to it in winter. Mixing together 3 parts of olive oil and 1 part of castor oil and applying this mixture over your face helps repair the flaky skin. Warming the oil beforehand makes it more effective. After applying, take a wash cloth or a towel and warm it. Place it over the face and leave it till the oil is soaked in by the skin. This makes the skin smooth and soft. Castor oil penetrates the skin up to three layers more than any other oil.

Exfoliate gently

You have probably seen the advice to exfoliate dry skin. This removes the dead skin, preventing infection and allowing moisturizing products to absorb properly. This is good advice but you should follow it carefully. You don't want to exfoliate too often, first of all. Once or twice a week can be plenty, especially for sensitive areas like the face. You also shouldn't use harsh exfoliants, like a loofah or pumice stone. Instead, baking soda paste or a clean washcloth will get the job done without causing damage.

Avocado mask

Creating a homemade mask of avocado is another natural way to soothe dry skin. Crompton suggests pureeing half an avocado and mixing it with a teaspoon of olive oil; you can also add a tablespoon of honey for very dry skin. Apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, and wash it off. Your skin should feel moisturized, but if you need to, Crompton says, you can double up on the hydrating effects by finishing with an application of your regular moisturizer.

Skip the Drying Soaps

All the people maximum are using soaps this may be skin drying, so use only moisturizing cleaners that contains petroleum jellies. We have another small beauty tips for dry skin that is while you are doing avoid the bubbles these may contain Insensitive foam ingredients.

Treat dry skin patches

These patches of dry skin are super common as the weather grows dryer and colder, and they can make it feel impossible to apply makeup evenly. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing this area aggressively, it’ll make it worse.  The best remedy is keeping it smooth and hydrated. In addition to switching up your foundation, start using cream blushes. This will help to increase hydration and smoothness.

Apply a moisturizer

After you bathe or get your skin wet, you should always apply a layer of moisturizer to help lock in moisture and return the natural oils that you may have removed. This basic layer does not need to be thick, necessarily. Just a basic layer of protection can make a difference.

Homemade Body Scrubs for Glowing Skin

Most of us don't know the dirty truth about soap: you can get your skin clean without getting sudsy. A gentle, homemade body scrub of exfoliating granules combined with a skin care oil will break up dead skin cells and lift them away along with the dirt or makeup. The dirt and dead skin is rinsed away as the exfoliant dissolves in a stream of warm water, while the oil leaves behind a light, moisture-retaining barrier and gives your skin a conditioned, healthy glow.

But, if you are not ready to spend a lot of money on cosmetic products and treatments that will tighten your skin, then you can try some Homemade Body Scrubs that often can be equally effective against cellulite as the expensive treatments that are available.

Oatmeal Scrub

Oatmeal not only works as an excellent exfoliant, but can also calm redness for those fighting skin ailments like rosacea or even common sunburns.

Coffee and Avocado Scrub

Using a circular motion rub the mixture into the damp skin in places where you have cellulite. Leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.

Clove and Sugar Body Scrub

With the autumn months come the onslaught of flu season, and clove is just the addition you’ll want for your body scrub. Clove is known for it’s anti-infectious, antibacterial and anti-viral properties.
